Quick breakfast, that only took 5 minutes to assemble & great for on the go!

My FAVORITE fruit EVER is watermelon!!

I typically eat this daily, I just switch up the fruit a bit for some variety! Costs about $3 a serving and is sure to keep you full all morning long!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 pack of Stevia
  • 1 cup of cubed watermelon
  • Handful of frozen blueberries (Sprouts or any other local store)
  • 1 tsp of chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup of Gluten free granola
  • 1 tsp oMaple Syrup

Mix it all together and you’ve got the perfect breakfast to fuel your mornings!

So, breakfast is by far my favorite meal of the day. I could eat breakfast food for every meal too, seriously I could!

This recipes is quick, healthy and super cheap to create! I always have egg, gluten free toast in my home and agave. The only items I had to buy were the bananas and peppers.

I made enough for 3 people and it costs me less than $7!! How amazing is that?!

I have been searching for great gluten free bread for quite some time and Trader Joe’s has the best one I have ever had, hands down!
