Let’s be real, most healthy food can be expensive. Well, I’m here to teach you and show you where to get healthy ingredients to cook with – at a low price!

I’m very open and honest about where I buy my food and how I prepare my recipes. These are the staple items you’ll always want to have on hand when using my recipes. I typically use most, if not all of these ingredients in the meals I cook!

Also, I buy most of my frozen veggies from Target – the Market Pantry frozen brand. They’re a cheap $0.99 a bag – how amazing is that?!?!?! I buy about 10 bags a week and use them for my cauliflower rice, sides, in meals, soups and so much more!
