Are you looking for an easy drink to whip up before work or just whenever you’re craving a clean juice? Well, this is for you!
Sometimes I’m just not feeling a smoothie but still want that protein I’m looking for, especially to keep me full for a while.
- 3/4 of a scoop of MRM protein powder, of your choice (this is what I’d use)
- A large handful or organic kale
- 1 chopped up sweet or tart crisp apple
- Half of a lemon, squeezed
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 of grapefruit juice (I get the fresh pressed from from Trader Joe’s)
- Stevia for sweetness, I like mine sweeter that’s why
Mix all of the ingredients together in a blender and serve!
