Gluten Free French Toast

If you’re searching for a delicious, cheap & quick recipe for gluten free french toast, well you’ve found it! 🙂

This recipe’s so easy to make and will take you less than 15 minutes to create! I love making this after the gym, for dinner or just about any time of day! I usually serve it up with a side of greek yogurt or turkey bacon but the options are endless.

Ingredients: 

  • 2 pieces of Udi’s gluten free bread (or any other gluten free bread will work as well)
  • 1/4 cup of liquid egg whites
  • Cinnamon
  • Organic sugar (Trader Joe’s) or Stevia
  • 1/4 cup of blueberries
  • Agave nectar
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Heat a nonstick pan to medium high and spray with nonstick cooking spray
  2. Pour the egg whites into a medium size bowl, big enough for dipping the bread
  3. Drench the bread, so both side are covered with the eggs and put on to pan
  4. Pour cinnamon and sugar on each side until they are fully coated
  5. Once each side is browned, add a bit more cinnamon and sugar
  6. Top with blueberries + agave, and serve
