The best healthy salad dressing!
It may seem like buying salad dressing is the cheaper & healthier option, but not this time! Surprisingly, these ingredients are quite cheap & last about two – three months or so!
Mix all of these ingredients together or add items of your own in a bottle. Use throughout the week and no refrigeration is needed.
I use equal parts of all the liquid and a teaspoon of the garlic and stone mustard. Add water if you’d like a more milder taste. Shake well before every use.
Sometimes I spruce it up by blending sun dried tomatoes in there as well! You can add anything else you’d like too.
This recipe is healthy and cuts out all the preservatives of store bought dressing!
